Lexie prides herself on being able to create an environment of trust where her clients feel they can be open and receive honest and practical advice in return.

Lexie has had the benefit of building her career and knowledge in a general practice firm where she has been exposed to a vast range of legal issues. Lexie’s experience in a number of different areas of law means that her client’s benefit greatly from her ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ and be able to advise on potential sub-issues that may arise throughout their matter. This vast knowledge and experience also enables her to be able to foresee any potential problems so they can be addressed early with her client’s interests in mind.

Lexie’s proactive approach and determination has seen her become the Legal Practice Director of EBM Solicitors.

Roosje Rabusa | Solicitor

Roosje has a strong knowledge of Divorce / Separation Law, Wills and Estates Law and may other areas of the law, having prior experience at another general practice firm in Invercargill, New Zealand.

Daniel Bendikson | Solicitor

Daniel is a Solicitor with several years’ experience in the legal profession. He worked for a Big 4 consultancy in New Zealand, during which time he provided transfer pricing and corporate tax advice to a variety of small to large businesses. Since moving to Australia, Daniel has gained experience in several areas of law including, Wills & Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Divorce / Separation.

Jasmine Crowley | Conveyancing Paralegal

Jasmine has worked in the legal industry since 2019 and prides herself on her professionalism and work ethic. During this time, she has worked predominately in conveyancing but she has also gained a significant amount of broader legal experience and knowledge. Jasmine is one of our friendly and bubbly conveyancing paralegals who understands how daunting it can be to buy and sell and will be there for you each step of the way. Alycia Gleeson | Conveyancing Paralegal

Alycia joined EBM Solicitors in 2025 and is currently completing her third year of a Bachelor of Laws at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Through her studies and practical experience, she is continuing to develop her legal knowledge and skills while assisting clients with conveyancing and other legal matters.

Alycia understands the importance of exceptional client service, having previously held managerial roles within the hospitality industry. Through this experience, she developed strong communication, organisational, and people management skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments. Alycia is committed to providing great service and support, ensuring clients feel well informed and valued throughout the conveyancing process.
